We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. All sale items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return: To begin a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return. You can email us directly from the Contact Us page. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
